The Countess of the Toy Boat
Helena had been alone for two days, bobbing up and down on this toy boat. She closed her eyes and breathed in the fresh sea air. Maybe she should buy a boat, a real one, not this dinky trawler. Or maybe blythe had a fancy yacht she would steal. When all this was done, she and little arthur and little donny would sail the open seas - except she would miss her cestras. And that was a long time to spend with two eight year old boys in very little space.
