The metals we see in fish are things like iron, manganese, obalt, nickel, copper, zinc, chromium. It's basically the equivalent of eating a cow that is grown in downtown tokio. I just don't think fish are an intelligent choice for humans to day. Theyre full of too many toxins. Do they have defense chemicals?
