Is There a New Poison on the Scene?

The big new poison on the scene for most of what we're talking about is arsenic. Italians had this reputation of being these master poisoners. And so they would get hired by courts all over Europe to be like, Oh, we need a court poisoner. All of this is wrapped up in myth, right? But supposedly at one point, like, you know, some monarch is like, I need 50 poisoners to win this war for me.
