The North Koreans' New Launch Pad at SOHI
The new launch pad appears to have an erector mechanism that lifts the launcher up. The first stage does appear to be the four chamber Hwasong 17 ICBM first stage engine. It's a pretty traditional looking liquid propellant first stage at least, but we don't have any information on the upper stages.
