Forest Bathing
You can do this anywhere. You don't have to actually go into a real forest. Just any green space, like a little park at the end of your block,. As long as there's some some trees and some grass and some other nature around you. They found some amazing effects on the nervous system... just being in nature. In fact, one of the studies, they actually showed people pictures of nature, and it had a similar effect. Not quite as effective, but similar - i think Forest bathing has its roots in japan.
