Burnout is not a mental health issue. It's recognized by the World Health Organization as an occupational issue. Burnout comes when one of those like chronic exhaustion goes unaddressed systemically for a long time. So you might be the martyr who's homeschooling. After four or five years and you truly are depleted and exhausted, that's when it becomes burnout.
