Dating aps feed of something that can also feed into a cult, which is like the desire for human connection and a sense of meaning. But it completely subverts that by instead offering you a bunch of fragmented fo versions of that kind of relationship. It's hard for me to find anything positive in the experience, cause everyone i know just seems so miserable having to deal with it. Because it kind of feels like these aps have a monopoly on the way that we date now.
