Saul of Tarsus - A Judaistic Approach to Life

Saul was a zealous pharisee, which means he was part of a religious sect within juda ism that was stringent about observing the law. And so when he heard about jesus, and he heard about christianity flowing out of this belief that jesus had died and then risen from the grave and was actually the jewish messiah, saul was on a rampage after that. He was to stamp out christianity. So that tells you some of the depth of his world view, about his judaistic approach to life.
