The Importance of Having a Conversation With People

I love engaging in these discussions and I really do wish that we lived in a world where more people followed a sound epistemology, gave a crap about what was true. And yeah, I mean, I think maybe the funeral or the wedding may not be the perfect time to just stand up and start saying that you don't believe in God. But when I have these conversations with people, I feel like oftentimes more progress is made when I don't have the goal of changing them in this moment.
