Montenegro

The Balkans are going to be the next big thing in Europe because they're so affordable and beautiful. Montenegro is kind of tucked away, but I'm shocked that a lot of these large brands haven't moved in here yet. If it wasn't for the fact that the Russians already moved in and bought a lot of the land, I think it would be a great investment.
