If you're not uncomfortable, you're not leading. We need to go towards that because that's where the growth happens and that'swhere the transformation lives. I think if we marshal a community around us of both like identity and cross identity to us ... it can happen in a very beautiful way. And so I invite everybody to think about the, where am I uncomfortable? What does that tell me about myself?"
