How Does Mindfulness Help You Cope With Chronic Pain?
You talk a lot about mindfulness being transformative, and in your life, it was there for you when you hit rock bottom. What is it about mindfulness a what made you believe that mindfulness tools would help you heal? And it sounds like you assign a lot of weight to mindfulness helping you heal, verses maybe time passing. So a couple of things. One, i really don't believe that time passing heals things. I think how you relate to the pain or the trama, or whatever expanse you've had, is what's essential. But mindfulmess practice significantly decreases pain.
