The accounting profession has had outsourcing and outposts in India for 25 years or so. It's an intimidating thing to try to figure out on your own when you're a sole propper or a small firm, right? Right. So how do you go about finding outsourcing partners? When you started looking, what were your criteria for that? I really needed to have something that was values aligned with me.
