I've Learned That You Don't Have to Buy a New Desk Every Year

I was spending 150 to 200 pounds basically every year buying a new chair because something would fail in my chair. I spend 900 pounds on a chair, but I get it guaranteed for 10 years. So this is kind of like a thing that I've learned now - treat these things as assets and just buy them once rather than buying three desks. It can be very hard to do, but this is a really important part of this. And on top of just the straight up financial calculation, there's also, I think the listeners can hear that setting up your office is a big deal. You want to do this once and never have to think about it again.
