My mind grew up catholic, and i also went away more than my fair share of catholic masses and weddings and funerals too. And had this kind of weird secondary dose of catholicism injuet. So there was a very healthy scepticism that my dad instilled in all of us. I remember having the converses to my brothers too, an all of us, from a very young age. The deply, to this day, are still peop don friends with, for example, on facebook, who are very open to all sorts of different ideas. But there's some cognitive distance that comes from thatand that can be difficult for people to deal with
