I thought of Luther standing at the diet of verm saying you must recant. They said my conscience is bound by the word of God. Whether he said all those words, his actions were let good and kindreds go. This mortal life also, the body they may kill, God's truth abidest still. I hope whatever I've done, if people hate me, they'll know I've tried to be faithful to Scripture imperfectly for sure. But a desire to honor the purpose and mission of Westminster under the word ofGod.
