"I think it's quite healthy to tell a child and cry, because what you're saying immediately is, I'm sad," she says. "For the child, for you to express something deeply sad and keep all your motion in, the child goes, oh, okay, this is saying we do not cry." Her daughter became obsessed with death after hearing her mother talk about how one day she'll be dead too.
