Lauren's Slit and Bow - A Case Study
Slizhenbauer changed everything that could have been changed and knew exactly where everything in the house was. When questioned by police why he wasn't scared after discovering the bodies to enter the house alone he replied, I assumed my boy had to be starving. There is also the matter of his behaviour concerning the possibility of the murderer still residing at the farmhouse. He did not often go to hint at Kieffek as Andreas wouldn't have allowed it. In his statement to the police, Lauren's was quite clear that all financial matters pertaining to the child had been settled and that there was no eminity between the families. It seems more likely that this was mere village gossip.
