Am justis gorsich's opinion for the majority in this case undermines school prior cases from the early 19 sixties. The kennedy decision invisions a world where a prayer could be welcomed and subject only to requirements that it be offered neutrally and without explicit coercion. i think there's a real concern that the school prayer cases have been undermined here.
