Are You Developing Your Neurons When You're in Your Twenties?

I had this awareness of self in a different way. It didn't happen till 25 to 27. I mean, it was right when I got to that moment,. We need to raise that to at least when they're a bright look. But we should let the people that make the rules at least have the physically detectable thing that is helping them think be completely developed. And teenagers don't and I know. 18 year olds don't and probably 21 year olds don’t completely. Their brain's not even formed. So that's true. They're brain. This part of the brain, which makes all your decisions for you in the prefrontal cortex, which directs everything in your mind and
