How Did You Find Your Best Types of Trading Opportunities?

I would just take note on a note pad every day of like what fits my criteria even though I didn't trade it or if I did then I would go back at the end of day and screenshot the one minute five minute daily. Then over time I just kind of discovered the patterns that I kept seeing every single day and then once I recognized the pattern I it was more about maximizing that pattern in terms of risk rewards so I'm always looking for a three to one risk reward at least.
