People get bored of the same thing so they move on to something else. A good trainer can still add some variation to programming. We do low impact exercises, we don't have em doing high rep jumping. It's better for her than running a half marathon - it's less impact on our joints. The biggest ban for your bar lifts is because that puts you in vulnerable positions. That's where the buck is.
