Fintek CEO - What Would You Tell Your Kids About Disruption?
i started in payment 16 years ago and sort of just fell into space, and haven't been able to get out of it since. i think kids coming out of college, they look at fintek, They see it hot sexe industry that they want to build a career in. So what would your advice be to them coming into this industry young, not a whole lot of, you know, experience yet? Do this with cas so i think, like a lot of technology, a lot of narrative is around disruption. This disrupt that, i think, is one of the spaces where you can't just disrupt.
