I was always suspicious or skeptical of like leadership or management in some way. Once I found myself, oh, and now I'm off, all of a sudden like owning a company with employees,. it's very different being like, "Oh, maybe my past managers weren't so bad" So you start having a more balanced view of management as you go through it, which is interesting. It's one of those things I think that it's hard to appreciate by just reading about it or learning about it. Sometimes you have to experience it to get there.
