The key thing was that it has to hit flatimer puttin and russia harder than the eu. The european politicians are saying at this point is that that's a price worth ing if it actually hurts the russian economy more. It does seem at this point that now that the decision on oil has almost definitely been made, that the next step will be sthe question is just when this will be. Whet it will be a question of weeks or months? I know markets are less fungible. O, what do you think?
