Franchisees had been doing everything manually meaning that when a parent wanted to register they would either call the office or they would fill out a very lengthy piece of paper and then call the office. So i knew that that's an a massive bottleneck in the day and age when you know parents are in their 20s they want to just with a couple clicks of buttons buy something including child care we needed to fix that fast so that was really what i spent the from April to July kind of working on to try to get that system going before we even opened our corporate office in August. They saw a 10x in one month jump in income and then they were believers yeah right so
