The Needs of Ukraine in Large Quantities
Early in the war they were handing out free SIM cards to Ukrainian cellular providers that allowed Ukrainians to identify locations of Russian troops. Of course Russians have remedied that and they now have their own towers which trick Ukrainian phones into connecting. In the fourth category it's very wide, it's intelligence, counterintelligence and electronic warfare assets. So that's a huge need. I hope with the cell towers at least recording them because the Russians may be able to join them too.
