And moreover, i think there are a a philosophical puzzles, having nothing to do with the scienceit that can be found in these writers. So how are you going to go about sympathetically imaginaly interpreting it? Well, you'll look to the phenomena and ask, what is it about it that's prompting these people to describe it i the way they are? That's what i meant by a philosophical ethnography as a form of phenomenology.
