The Importance of Transference in Sexuality
Every drive is a death drive because it is also connected to this straight of sexuality that we have to pass through in order to become living subjects. The unconscious emerges as a kind of opening of something that could otherwise be closed. Transference is important according to LaComme because its closure of the opening that the unconscious has access to is significant. It's the X that marks the spot where the digging can occur.
