Low Density Lipoproteins - What Are They?
H d ls, high density lipped proteins, would be traditionally considered a good fat. But if you've got high levels of h d ls, they're going to be picking these lippids up and taking them back to the liver. So that's why mat was saying that generally, if you have a high amount of el d ls floating through your blood stream, you're more likely to drop these lipards off in your blood vessels. And we also don't want high truglesride rich liper proteins either.
