You don't need to use an expensive CRM and you can use tools like Google Sheets or Excel. Here are a few stages to get you started on creating your own pipeline. And please customize this, make it your own. This isn't the end all be all. It's just a few that we've seen work well. We passed is one that I like to use almost as a no fly list. You should set some targets for outreach, investor calls, and even getting to a no-no. But it's better that early and redirect the energy here.
