The Murder of a Journalist in Brazil
Police say charred human remains found at a clandestine cemetery in rio de genero are those of prominent reporter mister lopez. Police say a suspect arrested last month told them mister l Lopez was tortured and killed by a local drug gang leader. The brazilian president, fernando henrice cadosu, called the killing an unacceptable attempt to silence the country's press.
