You need to get competent advisers in the jurisdiction where you're going, who understand the tax rules and are familiar with the cross border issues. It's an area of the tax law that's esoteric enough that unless you're working with somebody who deals with it constantly, it is highly likely they'll make a mistake. You really got to get an expert on your side in both countries. And accountante as well.
