The Fear of Change

"It's been beautiful to watch the unfolding and that's where in this like now cycle we get to kind of fall in love with each other all over again," she says. "So many of us adults like I as I talk to folks as I read your emails there's just a sense of feeling stuck, which is easy to understand for people who are not used to it." She adds: "Part of why we're afraid of change is this fear of if I change  I will lose what is valuable to me ... You might find yourself to be way safer than you imagined yourself"
