The Role of Lawyers in Mollock

Litigation law is incredibly mollicky as a system. It's not about trying to get to the truth of the matter. It is a war that is waged under the imprimatur of a legal system basically. And people just haven't worked out a lot of good solutions to this, in part because lawyers don't have a lot of incentive to help people work out.
