The Importance of Agility in Jiu Jitsu

I love seeing how different things like influence people's styles in Jiu Jitsu. For example, if you look at like the Martinez brothers, Geo and Boogie, they were break dancers. And you can see how break dancing would translate pretty over pretty well to you. I had a dislocated rib in the front of my chest a year and a half ago. What do you think is with the worst injury that you've ever had? I'll think the rape injury. That sucks.
