I bet they could have settled for a lot less than 787 million dollars, right? The courts in New York are so backlogged that that's not going to trial for another two years if it goes to trial. So that's plenty of time to settle I'm so disappointed How about their discovery? It was played about as dumbly as possible Byfox should have probably settled Long long ago before all this discovery, right?
