We Need Superior Experts to Have Better Explanation Systems

We need superior experts to be much better at explaining their views in a way that is more persuasive than those who are wrong. This week i was thinking about explanation and acquisition in the context of constructive conversation. In conversation, if we do it the right way, we are both explaining things that we know that somebody else doesn't know but also learning things that we don't know that someone else knows. Often there will be partially true ideas that somebody has that we need to modify or clarify to get to the truth.
