Glassdoor Reviews Aren't the Best, Right?

In situations in which companies may not have the best Glassdoor reviews for maybe it's like a franchise situation, other times, you know, there might just be growth pains. Do you have any advice to town acquisition leaders that maybe aren't in the franchise model, but they're dealing with some Glassdoor reviews that aren't great? Is there like any kind of objection handling that you recommend or see what I mean? Like, how should companies kind of tackle that?
