Change and Transformation
Change usually has a negative connotation like i don't want change but it's being forced upon me which is very interesting to think about because of course we go through many changes in life right uh both professionally and uh and as well personally. You could see it as a choice you could see that oh okay so this is an opportunity for myself to train others to potentially hopefully not make the same mistakes i made or at the very least that you can help them transition more easily more smoothly into the organization. really interesting and i think some plastic so for those that might be going through like you say a challenging time there's some great tips in that.
