Is the Greek Word Unmarried a Whole?
I think he is using it asa umbrella term for unmarried. A bunch of people fit in to the reason, i think that is because, well, that the term does just mean unmarried. He could be a widow, sorry, a widower. Or he may have been never married, we don't know. I think in this chapter he's just constantly moving back and forth between all those different categories of marrital situations.
