Barry woodard was dating suzanne armstrong at the time of the murders. He wasn't the only man Suzanne had recently been involved with. Some friends described her as too trusty, and said she'd recently been spending time with some questionable people. One such person was a former police officer who had been kicked off the force for sexually assaulting female motorists while on the job.
