In your book, you say that strategy is not a plan to be executed, but it's a hypothesis about what your customers value. I think your definition of strategy is one of the simplest i've read in a long time. How do you actually get a team to learn how to do that? It requires stepping back bit and looking at your assumptions. The advantage of ok r's being so short term is that you don't even really have to say no to anything. We'll see if it makes sense next quarter. Let's just pick something to focus on and move ahead with that.
