The two universal technologies that you can pretty much count on finding everywhere are phones and paper. Bringing more technology and education computers and tablets runs the risk of integration challenges. A typical middle school or high school math teacher has three to five sections of 20 to 30 students each assigns 20 to 30 questions a night. And it's barely possible to actully grade for accuracy any more.
