Is There a Way to Link the Inversion Table?
For you it is very much in motion, but i've tried to streamline it as much as possible. Have had aps in other places that have done other things for a long time and recognized that like having to go do something somewhere else has often been the thing that causes me not to do them. I also want to do consistent mindfulness meditation, but i have trouble opening up the head space ap and doing it for a couple of minutes. So i've combined those two things. In combining those two things, it make, made both of them sticky for me. But if that's the only thing im going to be using it for, is there a way that i can do that
