How to Create a Field of Storytelling Based on What We Know
Economics used to be based on certain theories about how people would behave right and then finally Daniel Kahneman and others convinced the field more or less that actually human behavior isn't quite as simple as you are saying. You get this field of behavioral economics and for a long time we were thinking of calling that essay behavioral journalism but that felt too creepy and weird so but that would be the goal is you know what if you started over with journalism and you try to create a field of storytelling that was designed based on what we actually know about what humans need to thrive and make decisions in a world that's inundated with information.
