We've not had any political will to change that law because we are trying to appease everyone in society by maintaining the status quo. We inherited those laws from the powers that be before us. Changing the laws comes back to the political will to do so. So when you discuss political will and where things come from, the driving force has to be from the people of the country. Organise ourselves and advocating such a way so that your politicians have to respond to you. Once we get there you are going to start the changes that you want.
