After 9/11, George W. Bush proposed a military response to the terror attacks in New York and Washington. The U.S. sent troops into samali but that intervention didn't go too well. We also intervened in hadian after 18 months of war; we then entered balkans following brutal civil war there. And now drones are being used for hunting down al-Qaeda operatives around the world.
