Why You Shouldn't Provide Multiple Examples
You shouldn't have to provide multiple examples, he says. You just should be able to give it the rhetorical force of a single example. It's not doesn't really follow that if socrates is wise and just, then that everyone wis wise is just. Well, it's suggestive, right? It suggests that thesis, but really that's something to be explored and tested. We can come back and maybe regroup next week.
