Now he's working with someone who can help him achieve those goals. Andy: The biggest obstacle in doing code newbie was me getting in my own way. It wasn't the code, it wasn't the podcast, it wasn’t the conference. And that's what a career coach is. They're not going to give you specific advice or, you know, strategy.
